We understand the expectations of the patients and families we serve, and we do everything we can to make sure each patient has an exceptional experience at our practice.

After 25 years of serving the Liberty Lake and Spokane communities, Dr. Scott Ralph has announced his retirement from actively practicing, effective in August 2024. The smiles he helped create will continue to shine throughout Spokane, Liberty Lake, and beyond. He is excited to announce that Dr. Clint Wire will be taking over the practice after being a part-owner and associate over the past year. It was important to Dr. Ralph to pass on the care of his patients to someone who valued a private practice and would care about you on an individual level instead of a corporate buyout. Dr. Wire is that doctor. Orthodontist, Dr. Clint Wire is eager to devote his time and attention proving the best orthodontic care to the patients, staff, and parents that have made both offices so great over the years!

Dr. Wire grew up just outside of Olympia, Washington and has always loved the outdoors – spending most of his free time riding motorcycles, snow skiing, and competing in team sporting events. He completed his dental education at the University of Utah. Then, he obtained his Master of Science in Orthodontics from the University of Iowa while serving as the chief resident of the orthodontic program. After working for many years at a private practice orthodontist in Colorado, he and his wife, Valerie, love the opportunity to call Spokane home.

Dr. Wire is a Board-Certified Orthodontist who is humbled by the opportunity to treat you and your loved ones, and he is eager to devote his time and attention to providing the very best orthodontic care. He looks forward to meeting you and upholding the values here at Dr. Scott Ralph Orthodontics.
