A Little About Us

My grandmother was baked and cooked very well. I still remember the smell that was spreading around the house when she was king in the kitchen. She was a warm and pleasant person. In baking and cooking she put her whole heart. My mother cooked and baked delicious until now. I still have a lot of them missing, but also not bad me goes. And that’s what I learned and a still I’m going to teach, I want to give you my Dear Readers.

Today I would like to share with you a recipe for tasty and crunchy waffles by my Mother recipe.

Ingredients:

500 g of all-purpose flour

1 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of baking soda

6 eggs

1 ½ cup of brown sugar

1 tbsp of vinegar

125 g of butter

400 ml of milk

Vanilla oil

A pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Dissolve the butter.
  2. Mix the milk with vinegar.
  3. Separate the egg yolks from the proteins. Beat proteins with a pinch of salt (rigid foam).
  4. Stir the egg yolks with brown sugar.
  5. Add the milk, dissolve butter and mix well.
  6. Add the flour with baking powder and soda and again mix well.
  7. Add vanilla oil and mix, add foam and mix gentles a spoon.
  8. The dough is dense.
  9. Pour the dough into a heated and greased butter or oil Waffel Maker.
  10. The baking time of the waffles depends on the Waffle Maker. For me, it was 4 minutes.
  11. After baking, I put them on a paper towel to evaporate a little.

I received 18 waffles from this portion. Waffles can be given with powdered sugar or marmalade or whipped cream or completely freely.

Come out that fingers lick. These delicious and yummy homemade coconut balls are so tasty that after baking you will to eat all right away 🙂

Ingredients:

¾ cup of all-purpose flour

5 full cups of coconut chips

300 ml (approx.300g) of sweet condensed milk from cans

¼ tsp. of salt

2 tbsp. of almond oil

Additionally:

1 white chocolate Plate

1 tbsp of butter

Method:

  1. In a large bowl combine the flour, coconut chips, and salt.
  2. Add condensed milk and almond oil. You can be mixed with a spoon or a hand.
  3. Use oven size baking tray. Put on baking paper and roll the dough into walnut – sized golf balls. You can form balls with your hands or with the help of the ice cream spoon.
  4. Bake them for 12 – 15 minutes in a preheated oven with convection to 1750C.
  5. Remove from the oven, to cool.
  6. On steam dissolve the broken white chocolate with butter. Be careful not to boil.
  7. Soak the balls in the hot chocolate. Put aside the baking paper. Leave to cool.

Ingredients:

4 eggs

¾ cup of white or brown sugar

1 ½ cup of flour

1 tsp vanilla oil

8 tbsp of canola oil

8 tbsp of water

1 tsp of baking powder

2 tbsp cocoa

A pinch of salt

200 g of currant or raspberry or plum marmalade

Almond flakes

Method:

  1. Separate the egg yolks from the proteins. Beat the proteins with a pinch of salt (rigid foam). Gradually add sugar and blend well.
  2. Add egg yolks and beat well.
  3. Mixing and gradually add water with oil and vanilla oil (before you can mix water, oil and vanilla oil in a glass).
  4. Combine the flour with baking powder and cocoa and sieve it to the mixture. Mix well a spoon.
  5. Apply a spoon of dough to the paper muffins cups. Add a teaspoon of marmalade. Then apply a spoon of dough and sprinkle with almond flakes.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven with convection at 1800 C for 25 minutes.

A lot of coconut makes cookies delicious and appetizing 🙂

Ingredients:

1 ¼ cup of flour

½ tsp of baking soda

100 g of butter room temperature

½ cup of brown sugar

¼ cup of white sugar

1 egg

1 tbsp of rum oil

1 1/3 cup of coconut chips

Method:

  1. Stir the butter with rum oil, brown sugar, white sugar, and egg.
  2. Combine flour with baking soda and add to the butter mass and blend well.
  3. Add the coconut chips and mix well a spoon.
  4. Roll the dough into walnut – sized balls and arrange the balls a baking sheet. Flatten each cookie by hand or using a fork. Keep a large distance between each cookie because the cookies grow.
  5. Bake them for 12 – 15 minutes in a preheated oven to 1700C. We will receive about 20 – 25 biscuits.

It’s delicious and tasty lemon and coconut flavor muffins.

Ingredients:

1 cup of white sugar

250 butter of room temperature

4 eggs

2 Lemon (juice and peel)

3 cups of flour

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1 cup of milk

1 cup of coconut chips

Lemon glazings:

Peel of 1 Lemon

Juice of 1Lemon

Powdered sugar

Method:

  1. The Lemon is washed with a liquid to dish and blanch (put for 5 minutes into boiled water). Dry. Wipe the peel and squeeze the juice.
  2. Stir sugar with butter.
  3. Beat in eggs one a time and mix well after each one.
  4. In a separate bowl combine the flour with baking powder and salt. Add the mass of butter alternately with milk and blend well.
  5. Add the coconut chips and mix well a spoon.
  6. Apply to ¾ paper muffins cups height.
  7. Bake in preheated oven with convection at 1800 C for 20 minutes.
  8. Leave to cool.
  9. Prepare a lemon glazing’s: mix the juice, peel and powdered sugar (pour the sugar so that the Glazer is dense).

 With this recipe, we will receive about 24 muffins.

Cookies are very fragile because they predominate coconut flour, but they are very tasty and yummy. Great for kids for a snack or us to coffee 🙂

Ingredients:

340 of butter at room temperature

1 cup of brown sugar or white sugar

2 eggs

1 ½ cup of coconut flour

½ of flour

¾ tsp of soda powder

4 cups of oatmeal

100 g of raisin

2 tbsp of almond flakes

2 tbsp sesame seeds

2 tbsp sunflower seeds

Method:

All ingredients put on into a bowl. Knead the dough with your hands. The dough will be sticky. Roll the dough into walnut – sized balls and arrange the balls a baking sheet. Flatten each cookie by hand or using a fork. Keep a large distance between each cookie because the cookies grow.

Bake them for 18 – 20 minutes in a preheated oven to 1800C. We will receive about 40 – 45 biscuits.
