A Little About Us

My grandmother was baked and cooked very well. I still remember the smell that was spreading around the house when she was king in the kitchen. She was a warm and pleasant person. In baking and cooking she put her whole heart. My mother cooked and baked delicious until now. I still have a lot of them missing, but also not bad me goes. And that’s what I learned and a still I’m going to teach, I want to give you my Dear Readers.

Delicious, quick and cheap cake from Grandma’s old notebook. This recipe, like so many others, passes from generation to generation in our family.

Ingredients:

2 eggs

125 g of margarine

1 cup of milk

2 cups of cake flour

1 cup of sugar

¾ teaspoon of baking soda

1 ½ teaspoon baking powder

3 teaspoons of cocoa

3 spoons of thick marmalade

Baking tray: 24 cm diameter

Today I would like to offer you a quick and simple recipe for a delicious cake on a Sprite (orangery), a popular “Zebra”. Many of you, like me, probably remember this cake from your old age, from your childhood. When cut, the zebra looks very attractive. It delights with its black and white stripes. Besides, it keeps moisture for a long time, even on the third day, it tastes like the first one. Ideal for morning or afternoon coffee. I recommend 😉  

Ingredients:

6 eggs

2 ½ cups of flour + 4 spoonfuls of flour

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1 ½ cup of sugar.

1 cup of oil

1 cup of Sprite (orangery)

4 tablespoons of cocoa

Method:

Beat the proteins to stiff foam. While stirring, add sugar slowly. Add the egg yolks and mix until a uniform consistency is obtained. Then add the flour sifted through a sieve with baking powder. Combine the oil with the Sprite (orangery). While stirring, gradually add to the dough. Divide the dough into two parts. Add 4 tablespoons of cocoa to one. Add 4 tablespoons of flour to the second part.

Pour 1 tablespoon each onto the middle of a baking tray with a diameter of 30 cm, once the cocoa is white. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees C for about 55 minutes.

Finishing:

Pour any topping.

This is my Grandmother’s delicious recipe, or maybe her Mom, or maybe an even older recipe for a Grandmother cake on powdered pudding. This is another recipe passed on to my family from Grandma from generation to generation 🙂

Ingredients:

4 eggs

4 packs of chocolate powdered pudding

1 cup of white sugar

1 ½ tsp of baking powder

125 g of butter

2 tsp of Cinnamon

Extra:

Almond flakes

2 tbsp of icing sugar

2 tbsp of butter

2 tbsp of water

2 tbsp of cocoa

1 tsp of flour

Method:

  1. Eggs with sugar whisk on steam (don’t dip the bowl in water). Whisk about 8-10 minutes so that a dense mass is cream.
  2. Dissolve the butter (don’t cook). Cool. Add bit by bit to the egg mass. Slightly beat.
  3. Pour dry products and mix well with a spoon.
  4. Set out the dough on a baking tray (diameter 24 cm).
  5. Bake the cake in the preheated oven with convection at 1700C for 45 minutes.
  6. After baking cool the cake.
  7. Pour the cake with a topping. Prepare from extra ingredients without almond flakes. Dissolve constantly stirring to boil. Decorate with almond flakes.

Today another recipe for the busy. You don’t have a put a lot effort into this meal really is tasty and quick. The meat is delicate and juicy 😉

For 2 servings:

Ingredients:

½ chicken fillet with skin

1 ½ tbsp of butter

1 ½ cup of water + piment, bay leaf

Spices: salt, garlic pepper, dried parsley, dried garlic, dried turmeric

Method:

  1. Mix the spices with butter. Lubricate the chicken under the skin and a little on top, on the skin.
  2. Place in a heat-resistant dish.
  3. Pour meat with water and add piment and bay leaf.
  4. The oven can be turned on before we get to work.
  5. Roast in preheated oven with convection at 1700C for 40 – 45 minutes. From the water after roast you can make a sauce.

Delicious and nutritious egg paste. Simple and fast, perfect for sandwiches. Recommend 🙂

Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 mature Avocado

3 tbsp of mayonnaise

Pepper, salt

Method:

Cook the eggs hard with a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp vinegar. I cook for 10 minutes. Cool cut the eggs in a half and remove from the shells with a teaspoon. Cut the avocado in a half. Stone the pips. Peel skin.

Put on all ingredients into a blender and mix to the consistency of the paste.

Today I recommend you a delicious and strongly cheesecake with Nutella. It was invented by my Mom. Everyone asks about the recipe. Yummy 🙂

Baking tray: 23cm x 39cm

Ingredients for the bottom dough:

125 g of butter room temperature

½ cup of white sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp of baking powder

2 tbsp of cocoa

150 g of flour

Method:

Stir egg, white sugar, and butter. Combine flour, baking powder, cocoa and sieve the mixture. Mix until completely blended. Put on baking paper and set out the cake on baking tray. Next prepare the cheese mass.

Cheese mass:

Ingredients:

1 kg cream cheese

350 g of Nutella without 2 tbsp, which will be used to decorate cakes

6 eggs

60 g of butter room temperature

½ cup of double cream

3 tbsp of powdered sugar

1 packing chocolate pudding powder

2 tbsp vanilla sugar or 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Method:

  1. Put on all ingredients into a bowl (without 2 tbsp of Nutella) and mix well. Don’t mix for too long, only combine the ingredients. Pout the cheese mass out into the bottom.
  2. Bake the cake in a preheated oven with convection at 1750 C for about 25 minutes, the next to reduce the temperature to 1600 C and bake for another 40 minutes.
  3. After turning off the oven, don’t open it, leave the cheesecake in it for 15 minutes, and then another 15 minutes with a slightly tilted.
  4. After removing from the oven, smear the still warm cheesecake with topping:

2 tbsp of Nutella

2 tbsp of butter

Gently heat and mix well.

  • Extra:

100 g of walnuts

1 tbsp of butter

2 tbsp of powdered sugar

Fry the nuts in butter. Pour into a bowl and hot mix with powdered sugar. Sprinkle the cheesecake with a topping.
