have just watched your video, thought it was amazing! you did fab, and your hubby was so sweet! thought you did well not to smack him when you were pushing and he had the camera next to you! brave man!! iv got 2 weeks to go and watching that, made me feel a lot more positive about the birth. shes so cute too! thankyou for being so brave and sharing that amazing experience with the world! braver than me, congratulations. xx

I've just watched your birth video and it brought tears to my eyes. I'm 8 months pregnant and am very excited about the birth, but a bit anxious too of course. I have it in my head that I'm going to be as relaxed as you were so hope that all goes to plan. rnrnBaby Drew is beautiful.

Have just watched a video of Drew's birth. What a brilliant film. The cameraman, Producer and director did a wonderful job. Drew was good too! What every expectant mother and father should see. Very delicately done.

I'd suggest applying hot flannels to top of head - it will open the brain circuits so creating an unending supply of clearer thought.rnrnNB: Be sure not to confuse hot flannels with loaded nappies or the vet really will think you're Barney...sorry...barmy!

Good news that you're no longer a member of the 'great unwashed'. However you may want to clarify that, although this was your first bath in 8 weeks, you have been showering. Pleased to know the bubble machine is effective - are you going to play with ALL of Drew's toys without her?

This blog is very entertaining, well written and worthy of a good publisher. I am qualified to judge as I am not only a mother of two but I'm also a magazine editor so can spot a good turn of phrase when it appears. My opinion regarding this blog has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that 'jewelsdejour' is about to make me a great aunt!
