We cover strategy, leadership, career, and customer service issues. Consider these writings the textbook for the school of On The Job Training. While many concepts here have been covered in "business books" I believe you'll find my posts more practical and realistic. All posts are grounded in reality (although names have been changed to protect the innocent). It's easier to learn from stories than from textbooks. The best teachers I've had led by example and taught through experience.

Evaluating a blog and assigning a numerical value objectively as a rating can be a pretty difficult task at times. Below are our suggested blog rating guidelines:

5 Stars - Excellent (exceptional, blog)
4 Stars - Very good (well-done blog, above average)
3 Stars - Adequate (good enough, so-so, acceptable, OK blog)
2 Stars - Blog needs improvement (not unique, minimal)
1 Star - Blog is poor lacking content and un-unique (Unacceptable, inadequate)
