Second method - Smart Launcher trick:

For smooth working of mobile phones it is needed to have more free memory and everyone like that mobile work smoothly.Soo and there are software available like smart launcher by which you can increase free memory in your mobile same you are doing with your computer.

First install smart launcher to your mobile and go to option.
Then setting and make launcher on. Now plug on your charger and switch of your phone.

Wait till it shows battery meter on screen and then press Menu button of your mobile don?t hold it just press for a while and release.
You can see Manu on screen and you can have 4 to 5MB free RAM
Hold Menu button to check RAM.

Trick behind this is that when charger plugged in, the phone must have a minimum software for charging your mobile, somehow Smart Launcher has still got it's shortcut running and that's the Menu button appear. So when you click Menu button, you go directly to the Menu, no other phone tasks running in the background so you trick the phone and you have more free RAM!

Third method

Start your phone in flight mode by using Psiloc system tools. Install system tools and open it and select flight mode. With this you can restart the phone without using your SIM card. So no other application running in back ground you can have more free RAM.

forth method

By this way you can increase around 200-300KB space but I think it is useful for you.soo be like smart guy don?t close your menu by selection right selection key and exit or pressing the menu key another time. These ways it only hides the application but do not close it. To close it, choose the left selection key and option and scroll down and then select "exit".

1. Enter ## and type in the 6 digit OTKSL
2. The display will show SVC MENU and 1. Phone Number
3. Press OK
4. Enter the 10 digit MIN and press OK
5. The display will show NAM with Home SID on the second line (Note: SID is no longer used)
6. Press OK
7. The display will return to the SVC MENU
8. Press END to complete the programming

1. Press MENU key
2. Enter 9 2 0
3. Enter the OTKSL
4. At SVC Menu screen press OK
5. Enter MIN and press OK 4 times
6. Enter SID (4654) and press OK
7. Press END key
8. Programming is complete

1. Press ## followed by the OTKSL
2. SVC menu will be displayed
3. Press 1 for Phone #

DIY Unlock Samsung D900i/E250i

PLEASE BACK UP YOUR FILES BEFORE UNLOCKING
This will also bring the phone to default settings
1. First do a CUSTOM reset: *2767*2878#
turn off the phone
2. take out the battery and sim and put wrong network SIM and insert only a half of it,
Very important so it won't ask for network password and shows "Insert SIM" message.(possibly in a different language)
Now put the battery ,and switch the phone on .(phone shows "Insert SIM" message.)
3.push the sim fully in at this stage the phone is still asking to "Insert SIM"
4. Make a FULL reset: *2767*3855#
5. The phone should reboot working with "wrong" sim inside.
6. Make a Change the NCK password to 8 zeros by typing: *7465625*638*00000000*00000000#
7. Now Disable network lock By typing: #7465625*638*00000000#
Phone is unlocked
