Hit the "Submit" button once finished, then the offer will appear in your "Pending Offers" list until it has been approved. Within a few hours (at times), the earnings from the offer will appear in your monthly earnings and will be moved to the "Completed Offers" page.

Daily Surveys - Two daily surveys are available for completion each day, valued at $0.80 each. To Complete Offers
To complete offers, you will need to find an offer that you want to complete, then click on the offer name, following the instructions provided next to the name. Once you have completed an offer, click the "Done" button, at which time the offer will be moved to the Pending Offers list. When the offer has been approved, you will be credited for it and it will be moved to the Approved Offers list.

The site is rather well-designed, allowing members to quickly find the areas of their account, referral link, browse search results, leave a comment, vote, or find how many points are currently in their account. Results are fairly organized, making it easy to find web, image, and video results. Results can be sorted by Scour ranking (comments, voting) or by Google, Yahoo, and MSN results, making it easier to use the service as a replacement for those search engines.
Using AJAX, commenting and rating articles is extremely efficient, without needing to refresh or reload pages just to leave a comment. At the top of each set of results, related searches are also included, making searching even more natural, as shown in the other search engines. My one complaint is in the images and video area - results pop-up in a new window and don't show the site/details about each before directing you to their source page.
How to Earn
Whenever you search, vote, and comment using the website, you will be given points. These rewards points are redeemable for Visa gift cards. You are able to accumulate up to 500 points (individual) daily. You may continue to search, comment, and rate results after this limit is met, but you won't be credited.
Points Breakdown:
- 1 point for each unique keyword search
- 2 points for each vote on a search result
- 3 points for each comment on a search result
- 4 total points on each unique search
Referral Program
Each friend that you refer to the site through your link rewards you 25% of their total points. There is no limit at this point as to how many points you earn by referring other users. Several banners are available to help make promoting the service easier and more efficient.
A "Scour Points Calculator" can estimate, based on the number of daily searches and people referred, the amount of cash that you can earn per year. For example, if you refer one hundred people, each completing three daily searches, you can earn $455.52, not too shabby for a simple search engine.

As previously mentioned, the site combines the results of the big three search engines and ranks them in their own version, according to their relevance, user feedback, and algorithms that the Scour team has created. When you leave feedback, other users can judge search results by relevancy and leave their thoughts on those results by helpfulness and information.

Payment Information
Once you reach a minimum of 6,500 points, you will be allowed to cash out through a Visa Gift Card provided you are in the United States. At this point, members outside of the United States can only get paid through PayPal, however I feel that they should allow all members to get paid via PayPal, since it allows them to be more flexible and pay out more efficiently.
Once you reach one of the payout thresholds, you are able to request a payment:
- 6,500 points may be redeemed for a $25.00 Visa gift card;
- 12,500 points may be redeemed for a $50.00 Visa gift card;
- 25,000 points may be redeemed for a $100.00 Visa gift card.
- Points not redeemed within five years of being earned will be cancelled.
The site has already paid out a few members, although many have been commenting that the site has been banning a lot of accounts for fraudulent activity against their terms.
Peter, the first member to get paid through PayPal (outside of the United States) stated:

Other User Abuse Guidelines - Self invited accounts, multiple accounts under a single user, promotional efforts instructing others how to game the Scour rewards system. Banned friend accounts will deduct points earned from that friend.

Scour does appear to be a promising get paid to search site, although there are going to be some scaling issues as the site becomes larger and more members request payment.
