In this post, I am going to go through several ways that you can begin improving your organization skills to maximize the time that you are really devoting to your income-generating activities. It is key that you master these, or you will never realize the time that you have spent frustrated over trying to deal with the 'mess'.
The first step in dealing with organization is trying to discover what is holding you back. It may be that you can't remember the password to a select sites(s) or you simply don't have time to organize your desk and keep track of your earnings to date. In either case, you'll first need to analyze the situation that you are in, then base your future decisions off of that, tweaking it to improve your previous tactics.
Listed below are some general tips to help become more organized. Remember to only base your decisions off these, as they may not be suited towards everyone's needs.
1. Write down everything you do. Utilizing this (somewhat time-consuming, at first) activity will allow you to look back at any point and see what you were doing. 4. Schedule, schedule, schedule. Keep a daily planner or use an online calendar utility to keep track of when you should be working on projects, going to 'outside of the home' organizations, or other life events. 5. Only do one thing at a time. When it comes to multitasking, working on more than one large project at a time is never a good idea - quality goes down and you'll likely need to redo the project to fix common errors. Like most things in life, it is more important to get one thing done right, instead of having ten things that have been done just so-so.
6. Simplify your life. Instead of creating a trap down the road, don't exhaust your time in doing something that will only add more steps to something that should be incredibly simple.
7. Label everything. Stick labels on things to stay organized. You'll know where everything is. Another approach to this is writing down the location or descriptions of objects so you can find them easier later.
8. Don't let anything get in your way. You control what you do and where you go. Don't let your distractions overpower you when trying to stay organized.

Site Design and Layout
Like many other sites based on the Shift Code script, the overall format and layout is pretty typical. For a site like this, the layout is fairly simplified and it is easy to find what you are looking for, such as your referral links and offers. There are some minor problems, but they won't interfere with your ability to earn with the site.
The Offers
There is over 670 offers, ranging in value from $150 (you'll break even as you must invest $150 in a Forex program), down to offers that are only good for points - "Hooks". Because the sites is using the Shift Code script, the offers can be organized by different categories or you can search for a particular offer.
There are several offers for web hosting plans ranging from $45 to $60, and you only need to purchase two months to earn the commission. This is a great deal for new website owners, as you will be able to get more than half a year free of web hosting should you use the returns to fund your account.

Click on the All Offers tab to complete an offer. Find an offer that you are willing to complete, and follow the instructions to be sure that the offer confirms. Payment Information
The minimum amount that you can cash out is $15. Payments are processed beginning on or before the last day of the month, and you should receive payments on or around the 20th to 25th of the following month. Currently, you can redeem your earnings via Barnes and Noble Online Gift Certificate, PayPal, or a TigerDirect.com Gift Card. In my opinion, I would rather see the option of a check or other online payment processor instead of the two gift card/certificate options.

Frequent Updates - Having a website owner that updates the site fairly frequently allows members to feel as though they actually appreciated as a business partner.
Daily Surveys - You may complete up to $1.80 in daily surveys daily with two available - worth $0.80 and $1.00 a piece. With each survey completed, you are entered in a chance to win cash and other prizes. By completing these daily surveys, it is an easy $54 a month!
Paid Games - Most people that want to make money hate the fact that they are spending time doing something when they could be having fun. To solve this problem, ReelinCash has a dedicated games page. Here, you can earn points, redeemable for gift cards to real cash. You can also earn points for referrals that sign up and play the games.
Rewards Program - Hooks are the rewards incentive on the site. Although they cannot be redeemed for cash, you can use them to "purchase" items such as gift cards, books, video games, DVDs, gift cards, iPods, and other higher-end electronics. To earn hooks, you can complete offers that have a specified amount of hooks, or refer members, who you will also earn hooks from.
Contests - While writing this article, there were two contests taking place - a referral contest worth $30 and an offers contest worth $150+ in prizes. Having frequent contests shows the members that the owner is willing to donate time and money to help encourage members to participate more vigorously in the program.

Site Design and Layout
The overall design of the theme is based off a minimalist design, as each page doesn't contain many images and there isn't much clutter. However, I would have liked to see more details about how the program works. While most images and areas are designed well, there are some inconsistencies with the images for the support links, and some members may not see them until hovering over them.
The Offers
There are more than 100 offers, and the site claims that you can earn more than $1,000 from offers, but most of the offers are worth between $0.16-$20, so the total amount may be less. Navigation-wise in the offers area, the offers are only organized by offer name, not by value or any other categories, so it may be harder for some people to find the offer they want.

When done, wait a few minutes, following the length of credit time provided next to the cash value. Payments are sent and processed on a Net 15 basis, which means that as long as your earnings exceed the $10 minimum, payments will be sent/processed on the 16th of the month on withdrawals that have been approved from the 1st to the 15th of the month. Site Design and Layout
Cash Ninjas is a Shift Code site, but only uses that to manage the offers, rewards program, etc. The design is very unique for Shift Code sites, as it doesn't follow the typical theme. At the top of the page, links to the different types of offers (All, Paid Offers, Freebies, Trials, INT'L & Non-US, Shopping offers, Other, and Pending). Hovering over the types of offers, you'll find them further categorized, such as by earning potential under the Paid Offer category, or by types of Freebies.
Offers use paginated lists, with tables containing each offer. For example, an offer will have a banner, a short description, the amount of cash/rewards a member will receive for completing it, and how fast the offer will credit. There are two buttons below this - to mark as pending (after completing the offer) and an ignore button if you already completed the offer or do not wish to complete it.
Navigation-wise, links to the forum, blog, tutorials, contact page, FAQ, contests, and more are located on the left hand panel under "Navigation". Below this, links can be found for member-related content - including edit account, history, balance, upgrade, rewards, referrals, W-9 tax form, and a cashout link. The bottom of the content area and right sidebar are primarily for ads - including the last credited offers.

A total of $3,400 can be earned with over 550 offers. Many offers range in value from $2 to $115+.

The site used a "Request" method to receive your earnings.
