We are the buyers mentioned in Michael's blog this week. Tony Dias is truly our hero as is Michael. Even though we know Michael is working with other clients, he has this knack of making us feel like we're the only ones. He is thorough every step of the way. Comment on Ko Olina & the Disney resort

"this will be the first time Disney will build a Hotel without an accompanying park" not true, Disney built (and still operates) a resort on Hilton Head Island, SC.
It's one of my favorite resorts to visit,and I'm sure the new resort in Hawaii will be one of my favorites as well.
One interesting aspect of the Hilton Head resort is that it's not "overly" Disney. What I mean by that is, you don't see Mickey Mouse heads everywhere, you actually forget you're at a Disney property. However, everyone who works there is pure Disney, ensuring that you'll have a vacation that you'll remember forever, and making sure that every detail is perfect.
