I had a friend request the Rocketship/Marina artwork as a poster for her son's room and put this together for her. She liked it so much, she requested another for her other son. Ill be making this available online soon-I will personalize each one with the name of the kiddo $30 a piece.

Giveaway at Party on the Portico

This Friday, July 31st the Buffalo & Erie County Historical Society will be having their Party on the Portico from 5- 8 pm. This week's musical guest will be Wendell Rivera's Latin Jazz Ensemble. Admission to the event is $15 ($5 for members). The series runs rain or shine and is limited to guests ages 21 and over. Admission includes three drink tickets. 250 signed and numbered available in three color combinations: Black on Government Green, Orange on Gray and Brown on Creme.

Each area is set in san serif type (like this one here). A bold, formidable font that shows the strength of each neighborhood in the City of Buffalo, NY.

Delaware Park, Elmwood, Leroy, North Park, Columbus, etc. All City of Buffalo neighborhoods are represented on this limited edition poster. Designed and printed by local artists. Printed on 11 x 17" heavyweight paper. Perfectly sized for a 16 x 20" mat with an 11 x 14" opening. Ships flat.

The Neighborhoods of Buffalo Typography posters

The Neighborhoods of Buffalo map features each community depicted typographically: South Park, Elmwood, Bryant, Lovejoy, North Park, etc. Every neighborhood is designed and called out in type. Limited to 250 of each version, they are signed and numbered by the artist. The color combinations will suit any aesthetic from traditional (black on green), to conservative (brown on creme), to edgy (orange on gray). Great for home and office.
Printed on 11 x 17" heavyweight paper, they fit perfectly in a 16 x 20" mat with a 11 x 14" (true mat opening of 10.75 x 13.75). Shipped flat. Once these color combinations are sold out, they're gone for good.

Buffalo Reshirts Launched!

Welcome to the newest branch of Buffalo T-shirts. We're calling it Buffalo Reshirts. Fashioned after our friend over at Teecycle.org, we're literally giving the shirts off our backs to help those in need. These are recycled, previously loved BUFFALO THEMED t-shirts that we've pulled from the brink of the Niagara Falls landfill. That means the hard work of breakin' 'em is all done for you! For sale are individual t-shirts that we find throughout the city and offer up for $10 bucks a piece (with free shipping). 100% of all profit from the sale of these recycled t-shirts goes to Friends of the Ni ght People of Buffalo, NY. Their mission is to heighten public understanding of homelessness and poverty issues...to provide basic and essential support services.So get a piece of Buffalo history and heritage while making a contribution to help those in our city get back on their feet. Feels good all around, doesn't it?
