Since USSR has fallen Russia inherited the image of a fearsome country with all-mighty authoritarian government and workaholic citizens ready to fight invadors from Mars if they dear to threaten Mother Russia. Uh and don't forget bears in earlaped hats walking down the streets of Moscow - they're still here!
Practically from early childhood parents teach their kids to fear.
Russian mothers usually tell children to be quiet and run away if the going gets tough. Why? Because there are lots of strangers who look forward to catch, rob, than rape, kill and finally sell the kids' inner organs to whoever abroad. Because teachers at school can give bad marks and spoil the genius'-to-be future if s/he doesn't behave nicely.
Then these grown up kids find jobs. They already know that they should fea the boss because he can cut their salary for not being a well-behaved office-worker or even fire them which is a disaster really.
At the same time the official Orthodox church teaches believers to fear god. To make it clear: Average Russian is both christican believer and atheist. S/he also believes in of signes and omens. Thus here is triple fear actually: fear for God's punishment, fear for the shaded future and anxiety that something will go wrong because of a black cat that crossed the street.
Danger is everywhere. Everday news channels broadcast stories of how poor russian people have been abused, insulted and humiliated. Enemies - Foreigners, Illegal emigrants, Jews, Americans - they all have big teeth and long claws to eat poor Russia, that has a joke of an army and a bunch of oppressed citizens.
Everybody wants to live in a democratic country which can both provide its citizens social guaranties and posesses enough power and a strong voice on the world arena. However in this case the status shown differs from the real one. Opinions of those far away are even more different. Funny enough a victim is confused with a predator.

August 29th is my last day in the office. Hooray! I'm quitting my full-time job.
My idea now is to find some online activities to make money before my savings finish and I'll have to search for a new 9 to 5 job *sigh*.
From now on I'll post my wins and losses here and will be glad to share experience to anyone.
And um.. if you notice I haven't posted here for more than a week - means I died of hunger.

Can't believe but it took me quite a long time to understand.. er.. how blogger works. No kidding!
2 years on LiveJournal platform with its community system made me get used to a small corner where everything is situated on one page.
Blogger is a different thing - it provides just that: blogging place. While hot communication is social networks. And they rule!
First of all social networking is an infinite source of friends. No matter if you search for a small chat or look for life-long relations. And nooo of course I am for real activities. But you see - I met the guy I'm going to marry in the internets LOL! )
Also as you may see from my blog - I am of a mercenary kind. Means I enjoy blogging but I also enjoy getting money for the things I enjoy to do. So, second thing is traffic. Social networks bring l-o-t-s of traffic to the blog.
So it's a WIN-WIN!

And now it seems like I'm commiting a nice thing =)
If you'd told me this in my pre-teens - I would have laughed in your face. I remember a chat with my friends about what we dream our life to be. Instead of wishing to meet a sweet prince, to get a manor full of puppies or to marry a good man and have lots of kids, I dreamed of becoming rich, travelling all around the earth and finally buying a manson and having a dozen of male and female lovers. And never ever getting married.
In my midteens I met a guy from the US who made me a proposal. However, this story finally turned into a long soap opera and I decided that there's gonna be no happy end.
I have been sad and depressed for pretty long time and there was one person who was always nearby cheering me. We spent lots of time together as school mates and best friends and thought that we know everything about each other. However a week spent together in one appartment was enough for me to understand that I won't agree to his proposal either. Not like that: sitting at home (no career implied) and upbringing 2-3 kids (I never wanted to have one. Not here and now at least). This is just not my way.
3 months later I met a lovely man (mwhahaha I know you're readnig this!) a crazy one really. After I moved to his place, we threw all furniture, wallpapers and ceiling lamps away, placed 2 computers, an imporovised bed made of dozens of pillows and blankets and put hundreds of cds and dvds on the wall as a decoration in our room. There should also be some mirrors and optical diodes..
What is more important, presently we're both engaged in some fresh start up which actually makes our marriage mostly a business deal. Still I cannot and don't want to deny all the other 'practical' issues like fantastic sex and his breath-taking cooking skills. So... I guess your wishes are welcome! )

Ah... Haven't wrote here for years. Office work definetelly makes people dummies. Neither have I made photos, nor drew any images. Too bad.
When I have just started my blog I thought it to be a photo-blog basically. However, from now on I would like to extend it to a really cockroachy blog..

I forgot to mention but my previous 3 posts contain some pics from my vacation. I'm back to work now *sigh* but thre are still lot's of photos remain unposted. So.. let it be geese day today.
I found these guys in a park which used to be a royal manor. Sadly the manor has been rebuilt recently and lost its ruin-like beauty. However, now its a home to several ducks, geese and swans. I'll post the latter ones next time.
There are two male geese and 4 females in the park. This white one is a male. He's just like asking: "wazzup dude?"
Grass is tasty!
But not THAT tasty as a pie. Just look at this fullmouthed creature! After the lunch it's time to have some rest, watch the river and clean feathers.
I just love the look of open-beaked birds. They seem sooo funny to me!
This is another male goose - my favorite one. I recommend you watch the fullsize photo to see the details of his feathers. Amazing, huh?
